The Dry foam is stone coloured and courser, this is for making designs with dried and silk material and flowers, perfect for silk arrangements and for christmas decorations. Its also used - surprisingly - you might think, for the construction of wedding bouquets, the flowers are cut to stem length required and then glued into the dry foam to ensure nothing falls out walking down the aisle! Also it avoids any unsighlty green water drips marking the dress of course. Flowers used in this way must be allowed to drink for a good few hours, preferably overnight before use. The glue - usaully from a hot glue gun, seals in the moisture. The foam is usually covered with pinned on moss and trimmed close to the foam just in case any foam should show, but clever placement of foliages will usually eliminate this. More instructions for use is found on my free floristry on line website found in the links tab at the top of the page.
